How to do the workout:
We begin the actual workout after the preview of the 4 exercises at nordichiit.com , where we guide you through the program while you are working out at home.
1. You do each exercise for 50 seconds and take as many reps you can.
2. You have 10 seconds break in between each exercise.
3. Repeat the 4 exercises in 3 rounds.
Give us your best and keep up as good as you can.
Find your pace and stick to it! Try to stay active within the full 50 seconds.
